NEWVILLAGE PLUMBING INC.

 We opened our doors for business in 2004, after working in the Orlando area since 1997.  Our experience in central Florida uncovered what is now our mission.

Our mission is  to serve Central Florida with quality work, honest people, and affordable service.

Luis Villanueva. President and owner, Luis moved to Orlando in 1995 where he began working for a large septic company. Prior to this, he served as a certified (National Center for Housing Managment) maintenance manager for a large non-profit organization in New York City, where he coordinated maintenance for residential and commercial buildings. In 1996, he moved on to work for a large commercial plumbing company that included working with pure and ultra pure pipe systems used in microchip manufacturing. At the same time, he was employed by another company dedicated to plumbing service and repair in the residential and commercial sector, which then led to opening Newvillage Plumbing in 2004.

James Fernandez. A senior plumber at Newvillage Plumbing,  James has lived and worked in Central Florida since 1987 where he established himself as an experienced plumber with a major employer.   James specializes in plumbing infrastructure of new residential and commercial buildings. Having joined our team in January 2007, he continues to play a principal role in day-to-day operations.

Our Company Has no large expensive advertizing, huge billboards or marketing team.

We have a referral rate of 99%. Yes, new customers from advertisements like this one account for only 1% of our new business. Quality work by honest people in an affordable way saves you  time and money.

We don't employ anyone with less than 7 years of experience to service our customers.
